clock is ticking...

I'm about to turn 40...I've just had my iud remove in august due to its horrible side effects. My only child just turned 10..simply put I want another child...have for many years now! Is it at all easy after 40 and just after an iud?

It's not easy no. Birth control can affect you for many months after you stop plus your age doesn't help. Not to mention you have a higher chance of having a child with a disability. A fertility specialist would be your best option.
