can anyone please help me understand how the ovulation tracker works and how do i know what day is the right one for ttc.

The ovulation tracker is a "basal body temperature calendar". Known as bbt for short. It will not tell you when you are going to o. But, will tell you the day that you o'd after it has happened. It is most useful for learning your personal ovulation patterns that occur every cycle and confirming ovulation. If you look at mine, you can see many different cycles and how different every cycle can look.
