TTC For Almost A Year Officially-This Cycle Started provera To Induce Period And Clomid Days 5-9 To Induce Ovulation. I'm Just Looking Specifically For Answers OR Thoughts Or Advice related To My Specific Questions And concerns. My Husband And I BD On CD 12, 14, 16 And 17 But He Had To Go Out Of Town Suddenly And We Couldn't Anymore. The Thing Is, I Got A peak Fertility Ovulation Reading On Clearblue advanced Digital Ovulation Test On CD 17 (Which We Did BD on) But I Could "Feel" OvulatOry symptoms Late CD 18 And CD 19 like Increased Libido And fertile cervical Mucous But We Were Unable To Have Sex. So My Question Is, Can You Get Pregnant Only Having Sex The Week Before Ovulation and Not Exactly During Ovulation? Is This Month completely Wasted Because I ovulated Late And We Couldn't Have Sex During Exact Ovulation? Please Help!

My Doctor wants Me To Wait Yet Another Week, So I'd Be Almost Two Weeks Late. I KNOW I'm Not Pregnant And Yet No Explanation Why I'm Not Having A Period After Confirmed Ovulation. Also I've Only Done One Round Of Clomid And He Wants To Switch Me To Femara because It "Works Better" But I Can't Find Any incidences Where Femara Was Given To A woman Without Pcos. Anyone? And He Says I Can Start It Without A Period. What?! Someone Help.

I know that it's hard but try to wait and have the doctor do a blood test....that way...you will know for sure.

Two Days Late. CD 34, confirmed Ovulation For Day18 So 16 Dpo. 30 Negative Pregnancy Tests. Yes, 30. I Am Supposed To Wait Two Weeks After Missed Period And No Positive test Before confirming With Blood Tests. I Don't Understand Why My Period Is Late If I'm Not Pregnant Because I Have Confirmed Ovulation!

I would schedule a blood test with your doctor.  It will tell you for sure and you can go from there.  Sorry for all the frustration - I totally understand.  3 yrs TTC on our plates so I understand the ups and downs and confusion about whats happening.  Keep us updated... :)

My suggestion is better to have a blood test done. It will give you a clear picture.If you are pregnant than its very good but if not then at least you can ease the frustration a bit and can try again.

Thanks. Today Is Day 28, 10 Dpo, Negative Pregnancy Tests. Last Night I Had About An Hour And A Half Of Painful bloating And Light headedness Almost To The Point Of Nausea. And I Still Have That Creamy Discharge. Is This Pms? AmiI Really Not Pregnant?

Honestly I tried 18 month all together 5 rounds of clomid 2 rounds femara and others untreated there is no for sure way to know until the test comes back I just knew my test was negative I took it to my sister said look its negative she said umm theres 2 lines there if you are ovulating your on the right track

I Had sex The whole week before Ovulation Every Other Day And The day Of Peak Reading which Was The Day Before I ovulated. None While Ovulating. each Negative Test Is A Heart breaker. Any Other Opinions Of My Chances? Especially With This New Creamy Discharge Thing I've Never Had?

Wait until the day your period is expected then test j tested from 10dpo all the way until period was due thats when I got my faint line now im almost 16 weeks also I only had sex two times that month and it was about 4 days before peak and the day of so idk which got me pregnant good luck

you can test around CD28 if you want to be certain. but Sperm only lives for 48hrs.  So if you ovulated a week later then having intercourse it is unlikely that you are pregnant.   It is extremely unlikely that you are this cycle but at least you get to have fun again next cycle.....
