destressing activitys?

How do people cope with the emotional rollercoaster of their cycle? Ive been TTC for 11months, 1 miscarriage and now Im coming into my ovulation week where my hope is as high as can be and i find it so hard to switch off and relax and not think about it (more like obsess about it!).  Just wondering what helps any of you girls to chill out? Im going to try yoga this week.

It's definateky hard to keep your mind off TTC. Some months I'm obsessed n others I'm ok. I try to keep busy: work, exercising, traveling, watching movies, accupuncture and now I started beading!! Good luck

God is what helps me!!! i have been ttc for 5+ years now. I have had several Mc. One at 3 months.  Truly God and my sweet husband is what helps me get through it.  I know the loss is so hard. it is hard for others to understand.  Also try to not tell your partner/ dh that i sis your time to try and just be sexy and get him in the mood every night if u can just by being sexy.  Cooking super in nothing but your apron for him to walk in on.  When he is watching tv walk up to him in a towel or his shirt or sexy cloths ... what ever turns him on.  Just make it your goal to get him the the mood every night with your your sexy charm.  One month i made it my goal to have sex in every room of the house. other month was to have sex with him  in 3 new places.  plan a romantic dinner with candles and his favorite food , etc then just have a nice long romantic night with the two of you.

I pray a lot too. I have fasted.  I have traveled during that time.

Good luck girl!!
