ectopic and ovulation

Has anyone had an ectopic pregnancy and tube removal? I had ine in Feb. My question is I had my second period since and that would indicate I'm ovulating. I have never traced my ovulation before. I just know I get my period usually the 2nd week of every month. I judt started using opk.I have  heard that when you have one tube it will compensate for the other not being their. So can you ovulate and then stop and start again in the same week? Also anyone care to share if they have had a successful pregnancy?

Thank you in advance

HI,
Ovulation occurs only once in a given cycle. Ovulation tracking can be done with help of ovulation calendar or ovulation detection kits. A single tube is sufficient to achieve a pregnancy if it is normal and patent. The chances of pregnancy are more when ovulation occurs on the side of the normal tube. Hope this helps.
