ectopic and varicose vein in testicle of my husband

hello i have a ectopic pregnancy since 2007 and my husband have bilateral varicose vein in testicle it is possible that wa have still having baby again.pls help us cause i want to be pregnant again

He needs to have a semen analysis done, a vaicose can cause semen to be unhealthy.  My husbands urologist make this analogy on my husbands varicose.... he said it was like a 6 lane highway going down to 1 lane in what would be equal to he length of about 500ft.
