WHich OPK's?

Last Cycle I used Clearblue Easy Digital with the little happy face (very expensive) this cycle I am using Firts Response regular sticks with lines. Today is CD17 and I don't even see a faint line on the test strip ever. It makes me feel like there is no LH in my body at all. :(

Has anyone ever ovulated but never got a positive OPK?
I should have stuck with the first ones.

Of course I got my Positive OPK last night :)  It was very easy to read, and I am happy to be in the 2WW. Next time (hopefully no next time) I will try the fertility monitor, which one did you recommend babyhope40527??

Hey Cduv

why worry about the stick?whatever might be the line keep it in the fertility monitor. and monitor tells you Low; high and peak days; trust me this is the best OPK ever. it worked for me. in order to save sticks; i used to test from 10th day to 16th day within which i used to get 2 peaks around 12 and 13. so dont worry by asusming things; if you are still doubtful; see a doctor dear.

everything will be fine. be happy.

Taking temps with opks is the best thing to do.  I started my Clear Blue Easy monitor on cd 7 and it went to high and did it again for cd 8. There is one more level, peak that lets you know you will ovulate in the next 24-48 hours.  My temp the next two days went up, so I asked my dr to do a progesterone test since I could tell by temps I had ovulated, and yep I was right! It was super early this cycle.  My monitor missed it, but temps don't lie!

So, I suggest you start temping and use opks.  Once your morning temp goes to 98, you ovulated the day before.  It takes a while to get used to temping, but it is a good back up plan in case you miss the surge.  You can look at a lot of charts and you can see ovulation.  You could try your morning temp tomorrow and see what it is to help you figure out if you did already ovulate.
Good luck,
Risa
