why I'm not pregnant?

I had a tubal reversal done in October 07 and I got pregnant in Feb. 08.  I had a miscarriage at about 7 weeks.  I have tried ever since to get pregnant again with no success.  I just had the test done a few weeks ago that tell if your tubes are still open and my tubes were both open.  I'm feeling so frustrated but trying to be patient.  Should I be trying to track my ovulation ?  I've never done that before so I really don't know what I'm doing.  Is there something I could be doing?  I've never had a miscarriage before this last one so....I'm hoping that doesn't happen again.  Any comments would be appreciated.

I had tubal reversal in Jan. 08, I'm 5 weeks today.  We have been ttc since March.  This is the first time i got pregnant.  I used opk and preceed.  October was the first time we tried preceed and it worked.  I don't kow if it was the preceed that helped.  I'v used opk about 1/2 the time. Good luck
