Hi i started femara 2.5 mg on june 18 (days 3-7) and my cycles normally come every 24 days. I am now 3 days passed due. I have taken a pregnancy test which was negative.

Any suggestions ?

My doctor wants me to start letrozole 2.5 mg on day 5 to 10 of my cycle today is day 3 is this accurate when I read everyone else starting for 3-7 please advise

Wait a week and test again, its possible the meds have affected your cycle and your testing too early. If its still negative in a week and still no period then it might be worth asking your doctor.
