flowing out

after having sex i lie on bed for 10 minutes, when i get up the semen watery things flow out from my vigina,, why is this, we are trying for a baby,, will this not help me to get pregnant..before i get up will all the sperms will reach mine,, im confused because it flows out??? please help me,,,,

I think it doesn't really matter in many respects because the sperm is up there and if they are good swimmrs then they are gone by that point!   That said there is no harm in being a little extra careful and simply staying in bed longer and relax more - all that contributes. If possible place a cushion or pillow under your hips so you are slightly raised. Don't have gravity work against you! It's hard enough conceiving :)
Fertility docs recommend staying in bed for 30 minutes and my recent IUI had me do the same with legs raised...
