good follicle size still no pregnancy?

I am a 32 years old women under the fertility treatment since the past 6 months taking Glucophage (Metformin) 500mg, Duphaston 10mg, Clomid( 2 tabs of 50mg). Last cycle in addition to these i took Fostimon injection from the 5th day of my cycle for 6 days then on the 13th day took pregnyl shot. With all this I was very much convinced for a positive result with multiple follicles, sizes ranging from 18mm to 22mm but it didn't work.
What could be the possible reasons to this? isn't good follicle size followed with ovulation not enough to get pregnant?

You only get 30% each time even with good follies. So mayb next time it will work, it doesn't work every time. Were you doing IUI? With IUI, they pass the "pool" that is not so good after medication and the chances are higher. If you are doing on your own, I think the chances are less. The pool is where the sperm hang out with with Clomid, the pool becomes not so good for the sperm....that's what my doc told me so that's why we did IUI.

How was your lining?  If it is too thick or too thin implantation will not occur.  Sometimes clomid can thin your lining.  Good luck

I am 28 years old. I have regular periods and ovulate on my own.But till now not pregnant
RE put me on clomid and i had 3 good size follicles in this cycle but got period on time . I had 3 failed IUIs,one without clomid and two with clomid.RE says there is no reason for not getting pregnant. She wants to try two more cycles with clomid and IUI before switching to IVF.

could be so many reasons for not getting pregnancy even when you had a good follicle  , did you try iui or ivf ?
