help

im trying to find how to reply to everyone...and cant...i am a teacher so i dont have much time.... i am trying to find minutes here and there to figure this out.....if anyone can help....

It looks like you know how to respond within a thread (like this one) so I am assuming you are asking about notes or messages?  To send someone either a note or message, put your mouse arrow over their user name and a box will pop up where you can click to send them a note or message (notes can be viewed by everyone, messages are private).  You can also click on their name to go to their homepage and at the top right corner, there are options you can click on to send a note or message.  

In both of those places, you can also choose to add them as a friend.  This will send them an invitation to be your friend.  If they accept, they will then show up on your homepage (My Med Help).

first i am trying to figure out how to reply to people who respond to me...yes we are trying to conceive a child...we were 10 weeks..and lost our first on aug 21.....just went through our fertile phase.....ovualtion was to take place sunday, oct 12......sorry for confusion

I am not understanding what you are trying to say here.  Are you trying to get pregnant and  you are not able to?
