I will suggest that you go and see a fertility specialist. Your case might be complicated. My husband had a reversal vasectomy. The reversal was a success but his count and motility was bad. He was put on Clomid and after more than 6 mths, his count came back normal. I, on the other hand has been on 10th cycle of Clomid. I recently stopped Clomid. I think it has made my uterine lining thin as my period seems to be getting lighter. We have made an appt to see a fertility specialist. Good luck to u.
