hsg first or ???

After several failure attempts for pregnancy, my gynae told me that now they will do hsg and treatment then and there only and for that i have to get admit in the hospital for a day incurring huge amount...in the meanwhile i took second opinion from another doc.. and she advised me to go only for hsg test first and then if any problem is found then the treatment will begin accordingly. I am confused.should i go for hsg in diagonistic center or directly under my gynae for hsg + treatment.. these two are making lot of cost difference.
