husband on thyroid medicine

I noticed that my husband semen is lower than ever since he started his thyroid medicine.  He's getting less than 1/2a teaspoon. .. he's taking Levothyroxine sodium 25mcg and verapamil 245 mg for blood pressure.  Can this cause a problem for him and I TTC? We have been trying for 5-6 months now. ...I know that it takes a few months before getting pregnant up to 1 year . We already have 2 girls together but it was very easy for us to get pregnant until now.... does these types of medicine cause semen to reduce?
