Definetly switch to intercourse every other day. And when it's not ovulation time, still have intercourse every 2-3 days as it does help to condition the body on what to do. You may want to also consider prenatal vitamins for yourself and there are other vitamins HE can take to increase his fertility. My DH went with Pro-Chieve (I got it at Mother Earth) and we had sucess the first round after ttc on our own for over a year. Also, for PCOS they say that metforim (prescribed) and diet/exercise can really help.

He went to a urologist and the doctor told him that he would have a 50% chance of having children and me well i went a fertility doctor and he done a vaginal ultrasound and said it looks like i might have PCOS on my right ovary. And im thinking that could be why im not getting pregnant.

Don't have sex every day.  Even every third day would work.  Talk to your doc,a s BeeHappy says.

Have you talked to your doctor? I have heard that if there are sperm issues sometimes it is better to have sex every other day instead of every day. Your doctor might be able to advise you on that, and also whether there are any other tests to run. Best of luck to you.
