When I had my test done the dr told me that alot of women get pregnate soon after, cuz it cleans it out in a way I guess. But that wasnt true for me since I have other issues. so good luck it could be your month! Baby Dust!
After hsg I was bleeding (spotting) for 3 days but it wasn't red, it was brown and dirty. It stopped after 3 days. Then as expected ( I was hoping not...) I got my period. :-(

They told me the same thing but I didn't even have spotting. Everyone is different but it's normal if you do spot or bleed just a little. But like Jroxy said if you feel sick, fever or bleed heavily you're suppose to call them asap. Good luck!
