laproscopy

hello doctor,

My both fallopian tubes are blocked and doctor told me to do laproscopy now my question is

1) is laproscopy important even if i want to go for IVF?

2) can i go for IVF without going through laproscopy?

3) i have PCO also so what is the best option for me laproscopy or IVF?

I have pcos also my left tube had a cyst in it the size of a softball... They went in and had to remove it laporscopic the surgery wasn't as bad as I thought it would be!!! Hope that helped a lil!!
