large bowel stuck to left overy help

Hi im new to this so in short 6 months i was preg barley at not even 7 weeks i was bleeding went for scan doc could not see and cord in the sac (sperm didn't live long enough to do anything just long enough to start the hormones going) three days later i misscarried

went to doc 1 week later took blood to keep a eye on hc levels still rising
went for scan no baby but still matter
one week later bleed again like another miscarrige
went back to doc more test still rising but slower not not in the rate of a healthy preg

went away for a week hols to destress

came back still very tired and hungry
at about three after fallen preg
went to my gyn.oby
how could not understand why i was not sent to him eairlier
had a D.C to clear away remain of incomplete miscarriage
ahh hormones are now calming down no need for my partner to walk around on egg shells

all went well with D.C gyn says

went back to doc two i think months with really bad oh my bad lower pain he sent me for a scan
no evidence of retained products of conception
but
there a a number of haemorrhagic cysts/follicies aring from left overy with no solid lesion

my left ovary several complicated cysts with enternal echoes and fluid fluid levels largest measures 30mm

went to my gun the wait and see method was used a month goes by
oh my the pain is back and it brought friends nothing i can do semms to help i just need to ride it out

i go back to my gyn  still playing the waiting game
he has a look and semms to like i may have a closed uterus either from preg (not0 or from D.C preformed eairler when to much muscle is taken away sometimes the two sides can touch and stick together

i did i mention my last period was late april

went back to gyn to see what next as it has now been six months since last period and every mothish the pain comes back it feels like a cyst is tearing inside of last night it woke me it was that i didnt if i wanted to be sick or go to the toilet or pass out from the pain

i went to get a second opion today from a different gyn
he says i have some of my large bowel pressing on my left overy which is causing the pain
has order more test to try anf find out why my period are not here blah blah
and again more in 10 days and more in another 10 days
go back and see him in a month and what a see for now
but what to do about the pain and the bowl touching
take some pain killers

argh very over all of this now
can anyone help
denise

thanks for your thoughts the 2nd doc has sugg that it my be endometriosis but he can't really see anything with my bowl stuck on it(but has no idea what to do about moving it back ) he has also suggested that the cyst might be rupturing back into my ovary and messing up my tubes which is not good so i have to wait and see what these test say but how long do i play the wait and see game with these doc it's been six months already

Denise,
Has your doctor suggested that you may have endometriosis?? If so, as Heather5 stated, BC pills will not only shrink the cysts, but probably give you some pain relief as well! I'm not sure if femara is used in conjunction with cysts as well, but I've been on femara/aygestion continuously for 3 months now for treatment of my endo. So, maybe that is an option as well?

Hi Denise,

I'm so sorry to hear of all your struggles. Sounds like your pregnancy was a blighted ovum, where the sac develops, but there's no embryo. As for the cysts, since it's been such a long time, maybe ask if your doctor would consider putting you on a birth control to help shrink them. That might help, since they're not going away on their own.

Unfortunately, I've never heard of a closed uterus, and I also have no experience with the bowel pressing on the ovary. Hopefully your new doctor will be able to find a solution to this soon.

Take care, and best of luck!
