A beta is basically a blood test that you take. It is more accurate than a simple hpt (home pregnancy test).

Trish, I am so sorry to hear your news. This can be such a rough journey sometimes, we put our hearts and souls into this process, and still it isn't enough.  We are all here for you, and please do believe you will be a Mommy, because it will happen!  (((hugs)))

((((hugs)))) i understand being disappointed right now. but at least you're still in it and haven't given up. i know that you will be a mom to a beautiful healthy baby. maybe you can test again tomorrow. sometimes those bfn turn into bfp. still sending sticky baby dust to you!!!

Im sorry Trish. The doctor told me I have 3% of getting pregnant with my eggs so who knows if I am pregnant this time :(

Im doing an egg donor next time. I even have the donor. She is young and looks like me. It took me for ever to decide that but it will be my last chance before I turn into an old lady!!!

DH and I are hanging in there are trying our best to believe that this cycle just wasn't meant to be.
