As long as no other ingredients are listed, you should be fine.  Considering that you don't produce EWCM until just before O, I would assume there is nothing for it to be working on yet?  I'm guessing that you start taking it early in the cycle just so you don't miss O.  Also, it's really important to be drinking lots of water.  What CD are you on and when do you usually O?

i threw the box away and it doesn't have any other ingredients listed - just whats on the front of the bottle.

should it be working already?  i've been taking it for 3 days and there isn't any increased Cm

it says the active ingredient is Guiafensen 400mg

You need to make sure that the primary ingredient is Guiafassen (sp?) and nothing else.

What are the ingredients on the back of the box?

I just bought some Mucinex the other day.  600mg extended release tabs.  I will start them the day after I take my last Femara pill.
