need help with femara and opk please please help

ok this month we are trying ultrasound and i was suppose to call when i got my first postive opk
to have an ultrasound the next day. so today is cd 10 i am suppose to do two opks a day one in
the morning and one around 6pm. I took femara cd3-7. Well i took the opk at 1100 am and it was the
second time that i went to the bathroom and it is sooo positive the test line came up right away. I almost
always o around cd 16 so I don't know if i should call or wait until tom. I don't have any cm but my cervix is high
and soft

glad someone is ovulating on femara, cause i'm not =(

you should for sure call!  those things don't lie - and all they can do is say you aren't - atleast you will know!!

no this is my third cycle on femara and everytime i od on cd16 but this month i forgot to take my pill on cd3 so i took 2 doses on the fourth and i am wondering if this has anything to do with it. Thanks for responding

I would think you should call them.  Being as though you took meds this cycle it could change your ovulation.  So definitely call them and tell them when you got the positive OPK.  Is this your first time taking Femara?  You really don't want to mess around and miss your surge like I just did.
