need some advice

hi i'm 36 and have had problems with my menstral cycle for a long time, last period was april 2005, yeah a long time ago. my husband and i want a baby really bad and know that i only have a couple of options. i'm very interested in ivf but very expensive. is there any meds that i can take to make me ovulate so i can try and get pg on my own? does anybody have the same history as me? i don't wanna wait any longer since i'm getting older and at higher risk. i've been reading on here if we do the ivf the best would be to transfer 3 embryos. does anybody know what the percentages is for the 3 embryos, i know every situation is different. just know that it doesnt always happen on the first time. thanks if anyone has any suggestions....

was also on progesterone along with clomid. was soo long ago. haven't talked to the doctor since last time, but going to be calling soon, he's a good doctor and very nice. i wanna try something before having to do ivf since very expensive. is fertomid or femara expensive, unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover anything until you're pregnant, not too many cover fertility.

Hi,
You can also try Fertomid or Femara, I have used all three and are currently trying the injectables.  Have you seen a doctor maybe for advice?

yeah i tried clomid before 12-13 yrs ago when i was with my ex bf, went through 2 artificial insemenations and neither of them took. i just think with 3 embryos my chances are better. do you know the percentages? just seeing what my options are, thanks for responding.

Chlomid can be used to make you ovulate.  As far as 3 embryos:  I conceived with one baby on two separate occasions.  Both times that put in three embryos (one frostie one freshie).  Good luck
