next move
Does anyone know what my husband and I's next move will be if we don't concieve ? We had that hsg done and we ask our dr and he says that he wants to wait to see if this will help! Never a definate answer on what's possibly next? I'm gettn very frustrated with the bbt and ovulation monitors ! Pls help
OK glad to hear that sperm is OK and tubes are clear... glad to hear that they could clear them out with the fluid in the HSG. IUI would probably be your best bet. It can increase your chances and put the spermies where they need to be at the right times. They will monitor you and the more follicles you have, the better you have to release one or more! My husbands sperm is ok,and tubes had some minor blockage and was able to clear with hsg,and I'm ovulating ,its just not getting together? The iui sounds like that might be it , just very frustrated!
Has your husband had a sperm analysis? If not, he needs to get one. Were your tubes free and clear?
I would start there, and if he has already had one, then ask about being put on medication like Clomid, and doing an IUI (Insemination) so the sperm are right there where they need to be.
Do you know if you are ovulating, are you getting a positive on the OPK? My problem is that I would take those tests, and I never got a surge, so I wasn't ovulating. Now I am checking every few days to see how the follicles are doing and how they are growing, and then they give me an Ovidrel shot to ensure ovulation occurs.
