no ovulation after HSG

Hi, i m 33 this year, has been TTC for 1 year, last month 29/03/2010 on CD 10 i went for an HSG X ray, usually i m suppose to ovulation between CD 16-18 (32 cycle), but after the HSG test, my OPK shown negative during CD 16-18 which i m suppose to ovulate, i m confuse now cos i do not know if i m ovulating this month or i have an earlier ovulaiton. Btw, my result for HSG test shown tt one side of my fellopian tube was block, but the other side was perfect...... help !!

thank you for the reply berrykkiss, i think u r right, when i trace back my BBT chart,  i think i had an early ovulation that month on HSG (HSG on CD 10), but from the BBT i m confused, i miss the OPK and i cant tell which day i was actually ovulate, but i did intercourse on the CD 9, CD 12 and CD 15..me and husband hv been TTC for 2 years, we really appreciate to receive support and advise from you...thanks !

When I did my HSG I ovulated very early got +ve on day12 so I must have ovulated on day13. Did u start testing from early on? You must have just missed catching the surge. Why dont you look for other symptoms like boob soreness, did you have egg white mucus anytime? if you are tracking temperature then you might see a rise. Also if you BD like alternate days or once in 2 days throughout after HSG then you are safe. Hope you get preggo.
