Having lower adominal pains on the right side

I just completed my first IVF procedure.  Two advanced embryos were implanted.  Yes, they were already beginning to hatch before they were transferred.  My doctor stated there is a great chance we will get pregnant.  The embryos are stong!!  But now I'm experiencing some adominal pain on the right side of my pelvic area (just below my panty line).  I'm a little concerned.  It's only 3 days after the transfer.  Any advice, positive words or suggestions for what could be happening.
