Can Lupron and stim drugs cause breakouts?

Hi I'm in my 2ww post IVF. I normally have clear skin, but at the start of the lupron cycle I developed a sort of rash on my face. It escalated to terrible facial acne when I started the stim injections ( sometimes it itches). I thought it would go away after the transfer, but it's only getting worse. Has anyone had acne in an IVF cycle? Should I be seeing a derm?

I was on Metformin to get pregnant. I had never had acne before. During my time on Meds and now that I am pregnant my skin is terrible! particularily around my chin area. My docs said theres not much you can do. I use good skincare and good makeup and nothing works. I think its just a small price to pay! I just cover it up if I need too... on the upside my hairs better than ever!
All the best to you. sssssssssssssssssssbd

Thx so much for your response. I have the crazy falling hair too but my acupuncturist said that's because of the luron. It will all be worth looking like hell if I get a bfp!

Sometimes many women have bad reacct. from the meds. I have a friend of mine who's hair fall out because she did 3 cycles of ivf. Maybe it will eventiually go. But if you didn't had that problem before ivf, most problably you developed it because of the meds. At lest pray that ivf works and you get your bfp. Good luck
