Ectopic is when the baby is growin outside of the uterus. Mine was growing in my fallopian tube and was 7wks1day along before the doc saw it. I was lucky it didn't rupture.
I totally understand. I have a child too. I just started missing periods last year for no apparent reason other than stress. No one has ever figured out why. I have never had a m/c either, and not sure what a ectopic is. Sorry!
Thanks albaby2 for the response. Im thinking that because I technically don't have or haven't had fertility issues before (I have had one live birth and an ectopic) and there really isn't anything abnormal so far, he is saying that this will induce a period or increase my chances of pregnancy. I have never had a m/c unless an ectopic could be considered a m/c but the baby was genetically normal and had no abnormalites and I have been able to get pregnant easily so that also could be why he told me that. I have no clue. This whole thing is so confusing. I have never had to deal with meds like this before.
I have been on progesterone for several months. I have not gotten prego yet. The progesterone has not made me ovulate at all. I was on Clomid to do that part. I have to disagree with your Dr. That goes against what I ahve been told for 12 months. I have had one cycle in 12 months on my own without progesterone, and no baby! I hope this isn't confusing.
