ovulation tracker- how to use??
how to use it if i don't know when i have my fertile days? I mean i had a miscarriage in 2.08. how to discover when I'm, ovulating?

There are a few ovulation tracking methods. Most common is the basil temp. Where you take you temperature every morning when you wake up before you get out of bed. The temp will rise when you are ovulating. There is the OPK a urine test strip can be taken anytime during the day to detect when you are ovulating. And then there is checking your mucous. The color change and texture will tell you as well. I personally like the OPK but it’s the most expensive because having the purchase the strips. I hope this helps. Good luck with everything.
