pH levels for us TTC'ers

My friend just told me something really interesting. Years ago, her mom tried for 4-5 years to get pregnant. She decided to get an old wives' tale book for the heck of it. She read about pH levels in the blood being too high to conceive. It recommended drinking a few glasses a day of the following to help acidify the blood:

~ one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
~ one tablespoon of honey
~ a cup of water

Life got busy and she had forgotten all about the drink until a friend remember it. She began drinking 4-5 of these drinks a day and got pregnant within one month.

It probably doesn't taste great, but it's all natural stuff, so why not give it a try? It can't hurt, right? My friend recommended making a pitcher of it and sticking it in the fridge.

I hope we are all pregnant this round and don't need any such remedies, but I thought I would pass this along anyway!

SSBD!!!!!!!

There is an apple cider vinegar by Bragg's...think the spelling is correct...look to lazy to check cabinet. ;o) It is a remedy from them as well and is used for all sorts of things, so maybe it will help us to conceive. ;o) I am willing to try it. I've heard that use can use it in welch's grape juice too...water it down for sure. Yum...you know as soon as I read the vinegar part...i got that puckering in my mouth. I get it with dill pickles too. Often times, just have to hear the words...that is crazy. Cheers ladies...drink up. ;o)

Sounds good doesn't it? It is all natural stuff and really can't harm you, so I say go for it!

If posting this helps even one woman to conceive I would be soooo happy.

Hey, maybe it will be YOU!!!
