MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
A clinical examination is extremely important for correct diagnosis and management of your condition. The stretching of the round ligaments can cause lower left abdominal pain during early pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy in the left fallopian tube can cause severe pain along with vaginal bleeding .If there is bleeding an ultrasound scan should be done  to exclude an abortion. If the symptoms are severe talk to your doctor. In that case you may need a clinical examination and may be ultrasound abdomen. Keep me posted. I hope it helps.
Best wishes and regards!
