polycystic ovaries

I have irregular periods . i undergo ultrasound, and the result is i have polycystic ovaries bilateral. What should i do. What medicine do.i need to take to have regular periods like when i dont have. This disease?

And if incase that i will have my period would the cysts be gone in my uterus?

Polycystic ovaries or PCOS is a symptoms complex which cause hormonal imbalance. Hence there can be problems with ovulation, irregular periods and infertility. If you want regular periods then birth control pills can be taken. Consult a gynaecologist for a detailed ovulation.
