OT-Can u believe what my sil just told me?

Well my babyshower is May 24 so my brother calls me and asks me at what time is it cuz they have a prior babyshower on the same day. I told him that its at 5 and he said ok good cuz the other one is at 3 so they will go to that one for a little bit and then come to mine. I take care of my 3 nephews so when my sil came to picked them up she said that they are only going to my babyshower for a little bit cuz the other one is at the same time as mine. Can u believe that my brother would rather go to somebody elses babyshower then to his own sisters. Can't they go to the other one first then come to mine. I am so upset right now that I don't know what to do. My mom found out and she was so upset she started crying and she said she's going to have a talk with him. Should I say something to my brother cuz I don't think he knows that my sil said what she said. Thanks for listening I just need to vent.

It sounds from what you wrote, that there may have been a miscommunication between him and his wife.  Give him the benefit of the doubt, call him and have a talk. If he doesn't know what the sil said, he needs a chance to defend himself before you and your mom have a fight with him.

yes!!!!!!!!!!u can yell on him after all u r his sister. u have rits cos u love him. So just call him n have feight with him . If i was u then i ll do this.
