pregnancy after an HSG

I just had my HSG done last week (after 19 months of ttc). She said the tubes were clear. I was wondering if anyone here has had this done (I ovulate in the next 2 days so my fingers are crossed). I read somewhere that the chances of getting pregnant after an HSG increase significantly. Does anyone here know anything about this or even had this done and had a better success rate?

hi , think i too am in the same boat ... Doctor doesn't have any idea why this is happening to me . So she asked me to take a break from treatments this month  . In case ( i dont want to) i dnt conceive this month , she said she ll give the injections which make me ovulate from both ovaries . and then might be invitro ll be the option .
Doctor said , even though they make sure we ovulate and have our tubes open , there are certain things out of their knowledge . Somethings they can diagnose only when they start with invitro .may be the tube is open , but it wont have the capacity to suck the egg into it , or the shape of the egg may be distorted , the sperm's  health ...

today is CD 8 for me . Preseed is a sprem friendly lubricant ... I do have lot of lubrication of my own .. i have read in forums that this help the litlle swimmers very much ... thought i ld give it a try ...but its not available here ..
I really have no idea when i ovulate , when on a natural cycle without clomid or HCG injection , i used to do a scan everyday after day 12 , everyday doctor used to chart the growth of my follice , and then she said i ovulated around cd 22 . Only other times i knew about the ovulation only when i got the HCG injection .
We thought we would take a break this month ( as adviced by my doctor) . I am trying to be relaxed . As i joined my new job only recently , i cant take any leaves from here too . anyway , have left everything in gods hands ... lets see what god's plan is ...

Hey lady!!!!  I dont know about temp chart either. But what is PRESSED??  I never heard of that here in Virginia. feel me in sounds very interesting.  But  I dont know if they have ovulation kits where you are at, but I know you ovulate I think 7-14 days after your cycle . ( dont quote me ) but I suggest look it up and see how many days after your period do you ovulate. where are you at now have AF came? are you  waiting?  well me im waiting for my cycle to start around the 8th of july. so we will see  !!  Good LUCK

hey, went to gynecologist, says ill have to see an infertility specialiist. she wont be able to help me. she says mybe ill have to do invitro, im still not giving up. all the best to you guys and congrats to newly concieved. baby dust to alll

I wanted to get preseed as we are trying naturally this month... but its not available here in india .. :( ... planning to order it online .. but my hubby told me that we needen't use any things like that ... :( ...
i am not aware of the temperature charting and all those things .. no idea how to determine whether ovulation haapens or not...
