I was the same. Did IVF with ICSI and didn't really have any major tell tale symptoms. Once I found out and progressed further, I had some symptoms like sore boobs and constant fatigue.
I really think it can differ for everyone. I had IVF with ICSI and I didn't have any real symptoms other than some mild cramping for a few days, which I think is pretty common. But I know for some ladies there can be some implantation bleeding and sore boobs due to the progesterone, etc. Those are the two issues I've read about the most after transfer.
