Frustrated & irregular
any help would be appreciated! I have been off the pill for 11months & haven't had a regular period since they are all over the place scared I am not ovulating at all how can you tell? Any tips on getting cycles regular?
Many times it can take some time for your cycle to become regular....but since it has been 11 months, you might want to talk to you doctor.

Same here. I've been off for 8 months and mine are crazy too! I can never tell when I'm ovulating. I'm getting very frustrated.
