scared and worried?

at the beginning of this week i lost our 6th child.... 4 misscarriages and now 2 ectopic.  this one was ectopic and had ruptured leaving me with massive internal bleeding.....they had to remove the tube but managed to save one and both ovaries!  i still have bleeding aand alot of discomfort. is this normal?
i still haven't cried and am worried i'm going to sink back into depression again....got put on fluoxetine due to the previous 5 losses.
will this happen again? will i ever have a baby?  terrified and no one understands
scared i'm going to crack

I'm so sorry ur going thru this. I'v experienced it first hand and it was very unpleasant and exhausting. but on the brighter side, u don't have to worry too much about having another ectopic since the damaged tube is already taken out. after removing my right tube I got pregnant 3 times miscarried 2 and now successfully pregnant with a baby boy who's perfectly healthy and worth ALL the effort. don't sink into depression its better to remove a tube then leave a damaged one that can add more stress into a later pregnancy even it was healthy. take it easy and stay strong...theres always light at the end of the tunnel.

I am so sorry for your loss! This infertility roller coaster ride we are on seems so cruel.  I wish I could say something to make you feel better.  Try to take it one day at a time!!!  Thinking of you!
