Thanks for your responses.I had 4 transfers earlier.but none of them was successful.I had ectopic also,So i am kind of got into anxiety. So trying to sleep every night but it is really difficult. So i was thinking whether to go for the next cycle or not unless i improve my health.

Unisom is a good option thanks for suggesting that. After becoming a member here decided to shed all my thoughts and sorrows in the forum.

I wish you both all the best and pray for good things to happen.Lets see.

Funny how things happen. As I was reading your post my nurse called to tell me my progestrone levels. I have trouble sleeping all the time, even before the IVF process. Stopped taking the prescription my physician prescribed. The nurse said I could take Unisom over the counter. She said some take this for nausea too. For some reason it helps with nausea too, just not to take in heavy doses. . I am going to take just half to help me relax before sleeping. She said defintely no Tylenol PM. As for the workouts, my RE said no exercise until the pregnancy test. But everyone is different. Before the transfer (yesterday) they said no compact excersices, elipytical, step machine, treadmill, walking is fine, but a slow pace and not for long periods. She said I could lift small weights, i.e. dumbells. Hope that helps. Did you already have the transfer, when?

Hi Lisa,
I had an embryo transfer Wednesday and I have been anxious ever since.  Everything went great through the whole IVF process but I don't think the anxiety will go away until I know the outcome.  I was told that as far as workouts they say walking and yoga is ok but they prefer you wait in the steppers or alyptical (sp).  Did you just have a transfer or going to go through it?
