I had a 5 day transfer, and had my blood drawn 10 days later.  My first beta was 296.  48hrs later, it was 539.

Your numbers look fantastic!!!  When is your u/s?
I know it can be so nervewracking, but enjoy!!! You are pregnant!!!!

Did you do ivf?  If so, how many did you transfer?

I didn't start getting the obvious signs like nausea, tiredness and breast tenderness until 4-5 weeks however everyone is different! As long as you have a positive hcg test you should be fine!
