temps went up!! WHY?
last day of AF and my temp spiked! Supposed to start OPK on day 10 and use proegsterone two days after a + test. THis had never happened and I haven't used any OPK's to check. Has anyone ahd this happen to them? Do you think I O'd?

CD4 would have been too early for ovulation. The egg would not have enough time to grow and mature in just four days. It's not uncommon, though, to have a random high or low temperature in your cycle. It could just be a totally random spike, or it could be caused by a low-grade fever, a warmer-than-normal room, restless sleep, etc. Also, some women have irratic temperatures while on their period and won't see a real trend until after they're done bleeding. So don't worry, you didn't miss O :-)
