HI,
Healthy lifestyle will increase fertility. Eating healthy, regular exercise, avoiding smoking and drinking, avoiding hot environments will help. Multi-vitamin supplements and fertility supplement designed to enhance fertility and improve reproductive health of women and men can be taken. Also proper control of diabetes in your husband will help. Consult your Doctor. Hope this helps.
