what to do next...

Hello Ladies, this is a great forum and thanks to all the wonderful ladies that share an keep hope alive. Godbless you all. I've been married 3 years now, being TTC since we got married but took it more seriously end from 2nd half of last year. I've done regular ultrasound and the results came out fine. I've done a regular boy checkup and all results are fine as well. My periods cramps are painful, usually really painful for one day out o the usual 5 days but my periods are irregular. I used to be a regular 31days but since I got married its gone from 31 to 33 then the longest i have had is 42 which is recent and then once last year. I'm thinking of changing doctors for more medical attention and also know what else to do. My husband has been very supportive but does not think a test is necessary, i'm hoping to convince him and I know after this time, he will be encouraged to go with me so we can both take tests together. Meanwhile if anyone has anything they think I should know or do, I am more than open to your words. Babydust to all the preggos, prayers up for all the waiting ladies and blessings on all ladies in this group for such being there. Thanx ;-)

Thanks seg 107. The period pain is usually one day and yes its pretty painful. Bleeding is only heavy on first day and then normal throughout the other days (5) but the periods are somewhat irregular. I will try to get him tested. Do you have any idea of any home test kit for male fertility? Maybe I can get one, if its accurate. To see a doctor is about $200 dollars in Tokyo just for consultation as  insurance does not cover any thing pregnancy related. That is a throatkill but what can i do?

Thanks a lot and please let me know if you have an idea on what i asked for. Have a good weekend coming!

I would suggest maybe getting a scope for endometriosis?  some of the symptoms include painful, irregular periods and heavy bleeding.  I also think its important for your husband to get tested.  If there are issues with his sperm, you should probably start considering IVF.  Its better to know sooner rather than later.

Good luck!
