Can any on this be autoimmune disorder

My Daughter  is she is 31 yo she has had stomach problems since she was 17 yo was diagnosis with GERD. Continued to have stomach problems off and on. Around the time she turned 28 she was having increasing pain with eating so she changed her diet to low fat hardly any red meats mostly healthy eating rarely had any alcohol never smoke was sent to a GI doctor who run EGD and coloscopy found nothing wrong with increased pain sending to the ER numerous times. Was hospitalized and had work up for gall bladder Hydria scan was done result around 35% functioning, and gall bladder removed when she was 29 yo Feb 2008. Since than no change in pain with eating, but since pain almost continuous. She been to numerous doctors on in Tucson AZ specialized in sphincter of oddi disease she had ERCP with a stent placement in August 2009 then moved to PA. No change in pain. Dr. since has taken over her care she had another ERCP with cutting of the sphincter which did not help with pain. Dr. has started doing nerve blocks in Apr 2009 which seems to help for a short time then the pain increases he has been doing nerve block in celiac nerve in her stomach right upper quadrant about every 6-8 weeks with and ERCP each time. Second hydria scan was done per request of Dr. from John Hopkins with no problems seen. Since she moved to PA she weighed 158 lb now weigh 124-126lbs she is 5' 8 3/4' tall. No one seems to be able to figure out what is wrong with her. Her labs have been fine except when she took birth control pills for a while and her liver enzymes bumped. Went back to normal after she stopped taking the pill. She is other wise healthy except for she was recently diagnose with endometriosis. She has had two laparoscopic surgeries since February of this year for endometriosis with her appendix removed with the last surgery for appendicitis.  She during her laparoscopies she had no lesions on bowels or diaphragm, everything look good after each procedure. She is continuing to have increased pain with eating taking numerous pain meds to assist with pain which is not working.  She is to have another ERCP on May 5th for another block we would appreciate and thoughts you might have on this.
