Costochondritis - Back again

Last week I posted for self help of Costochondritis and I didn't know what was causing my flare, but now I know. A few days after my post my husband and I went on vacation. During the trip my chest pain completely cleared up and I felt good. I returned to work yesterday and within a few hours the pain was back very strong. I'd swear it feels like a heart attack and I have trouble breathing. It has to be sitting at this desk at work all day. The pain returned so quickly I was shocked. I've already made improvements to my desk and had a keyboard tray installed so I can type at a comfortable level. I adjust my chair height depending on the activity. Any other suggestions, I'm sure I'm not the only one working in pain. If you have found a good way to reduce the pains at work pleas share.

Thanks!!!!

Is it time to find a different job?  Is it bad enough with other issues to look into SSI dissibility?  Or rub on some Capsine (sp?) of other pain reliever you get from walmart or pharmacy store.  Next time you are due to see the doctor, ask what is best for this ailment.  Flexeril is about the only thing that helps my flare ups but it make people very sleepy.  Best of Luck.
