Please Help, I have Fibro but confused

Hello everyone, My name is Heather and I am 32 I was diagnosed with Fibro 3 years ago, I also suffer from Migraines and TMJD probably like many of you. I see a Rhumetologist every 3 months and have tried I think almost every drug either I am allergic to it or it does nothing, right now i am on Topimate, Gabapentin, and a loritab.(I have tried cyballta, savella, lyrica, amtryptine.and alot more.) While the Topimate is bringing down the headaches that is not what I am confused about. About 2 months ago in one of my tender spots I started getting a severe pain in my back up by my shoulders and it started to move towards my neck I didnt worry to much about it yet it hurt like no other I just tried to get the pain to stop, well this lead into a huge muscle spasm to where my head was thrown into my shoulder and my hands would lock into a very hurtfull postion (alomst like a wicked witch posture) and my toes would curl and I would not be able to move I went to my dr and he told me it was part of the Fibro and gave me muscle relaxers, with the help of the meds the spasms finally stops 8 hours later. after that day I havent had anything as bad but I still get that pain that started in my back that started to move and if I take a muscle relaxer it stops it but here is where I am confused the most and where I need my help, even with the muscle relaxer my hands still go into a huge spasms they lock into that wicked witch postion (sorry dont know how else to describe it) and my toes lock and my wrists lock and my arms just turn to stone i cant move them and it is so painfull and they stay that way for as long as they want it is not a quick few seconds and its over it goes on for minutes....can someone please help me is this normal for fibro?

My doctor was baffled by me and when I wasnt responding to anything he was giving me he said it was time for me to see a Rhumatologist since I was in so much pain and he couldnt help me anymore thankfully he knew when to throw in the towel but I am in the same spot with the Rhumatologist except he knows different meds he put me on anti-seizure meds anything you can think of basically, the bad part of all of this is I am also Bipolar so I am on meds for that as well so it is like I am taking a mediciene cabinet they say they wont interact with each other and they have to be very carefull on which meds they put me on so they dont interact its all very frustrating and at one point I said I am in to much pain so they weined me off of the bipolar meds so I could take the Fibro meds and that really messed things up so I went back to the  bipolar meds and started new meds for the Fibro and I have yet to find one that even takes the edge off of it, I have 3 kids and I use to be so active and be at all of there events now I can barely move I no longer can put my arms above my head and I cant pick up my 2 year old I feel like my life has been taken from me and every time I see my Rhumatologist he keeps telling me theres this new drug coming out soon and putting this little ray of light in my eyes but then when I see him I hear it isnt here yet and it might be here by the end of the year but the way I am feeling that feels like centuries away, but I know I have to hold onto that ray of hope I have to I want my life back I miss it and this new thing that is going on scares me it scares me alot but I guess I would like to know if everyone else with Fibro does this so I am not alone or at least someone knows the embarrassment that I am going thru. I am sorry I didnt mean this to be a book or for it to be all sad and depressing....

I would consult with your Dr. I have fibro also, and amazingly no DR has referred me to a rhumatologist yet and my symptoms are horrible. It could be a delayed reaction in the medication your on. You should IM me sometimes as I have really bad symptoms not to mention I'm pregnant.
