Fibromyalgia, RLS, and Medications

Up until last week I was covered under my husband's medical insurahce.  We are not divorced and I had to purchase my own.  I have Fibro along with RLS.  I was taking Miripex, but cannot afford that, so I asked for something else that might wotk.  My Dr. prescribed Clona/epam to replace the Miripex and my muscle relaxer.  The first night it did not help so I got up and took one of my leftover Miripex and finally fell asleep.

I took it earlier tonight and still have the RLS.  I'm at my wits end,,,,please help if you can.

I'm don't know where you are located, but Wal-Mart will fill certain generic prescriptions for $4.00.  Can't beat that price.  Good luck.

I have Fibro, CFS, Raynaud's, and Cystitis but no RLS but my mother in-law has it and she takes Valerian Root supplemets with the generic drug similar to Miripex because her insurance stinks too.

I take Trazadone at night for RLS/PLMD and it is the only thing that helps me rest.  It is fairly inexpensive.  Do you have prescription coverage in your insurance plan?  If not, there are places that may be able to help you with it.
