Getting SSD for Fibromyalgia

How possible is it to get approved for SSD with fibromyalgia? I have an appointment next week with the SS office in Jamestown, NY. I am from PA. Would like feedback from anybody from Pennsylvania that has been approved for SSD with this condition.

I STARTED RECIEVING SSD LAST YEAR BUT APPLIED FOR IT JUNE 2005.. ITS A LONG PROCESS IF YOU DONT GET IT ON THE FIRST TRY. BUT IM FROM OHIO AND I GUESS THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE APPLYING FOR IT THAT THEY ARE SO BACKED UP AND THATS WHY ITS TAKING LONGER TO GET A HEARING. I TOLD THEM I HAD FIBRO.. CHRONIC PAIN..CONG. HEART FAILURE.. BLOOD CLOTTING... SWELLING.. DIABETES.. AND THE LIST GOES ON.. SO IT WAS A COMBINATION OF THINGS WITH ME AND I HAD TO FIGHT IT FOR A LONG TIME! GOOD LUCK IN WHATEVER YOU DO, YOU'LL NEED IT WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING DISABILITY! TAKE CARE!
