SWEATY HANDS FEET WHEN IN COOL ATMOSPHERE

What could be the cause for all of a sudden sweating between my fingers and toes even in a cool room ? It also seems like the rest of my body is starting to sweat as well but more noticeable in my hands and feet...
The only thing I have been diagnosed with back in 95' is neurocardiogenic syncope and I control with bp med. This sweating has never happened before. Male mid life, Thyroid ?? Appreciate any advice

Look up "silent migraines" and see if you have any of the other symptoms.

Well, sure, the thyroid, since it can affect both males and females.  Migraines can start when any hormonal changes occur.  And, men do go through their own version of "the change".  Many have dismissed this kind of thing in the past, but the information is getting out on the airways that men go through hormonal changes in midlife, too.

Different triggers for different people, but temperature can actually trigger migraines.  I know that one natural occurance for me is if cold rain drops or snow hits my scalp in just the right places, and that's all it takes to trigger a migraine.  And, heat is all it takes for the majority of migraine sufferers, as I saw this on a news story.  But, any temperature extreme has this potential.
