Yes, I get tooth and jaw pain as well. It doesn't happen often but it was in effect yesterday as I just massaged it for a while sporadically and it's gone now. Feel better.
Yes, I get jaw and what feels like tooth pain. I hate it. I also get inner ear pain.
You may want to try searching your face for a trigger point. If you are able to locate a very tender spot, try applying pressure and release. (repeat) I have had them in my face while I was having dental work done and they can produce nerve pain that is unreal. I had pain in my upper and lower jaw that was alternating--very strange.
In one word...carbamazepine. That stuff is beautiful for face pain. :)
This sounds like problems that would be contributed to the TMJ. Many with FMS have issues with TMJ (esp. the elec. sensation in the cheekbone). Maybe your doc. could give you something to help you sleep better and dull the pain.
