This may be long winded but I've seen enough Dr.s that I thought I would give this a stab. Diagnosed years ago with Fibromyalgia which being in the medical field doesn't really fly as a diagnosis. But, unless someone is smarter than the professionals I've been seeing then I welcome any advice. So, here are the diagnosis and symptoms. Raynauds syndrome, Tmj , c6 c7 impingement and bulging but no compression (per MRI), thoracic narrowing ,bulging, and herniations t9-t12 radiating pain on the bra line from back to front (no gall bladder) , I have had in the last 3 weeks thoracic MRI, Cervical MRI, RUQ ultrasound (negative),Abdominal CT (negative), Sed rate Normal, Occipital Cervical Neuralgia. My question. I have such severe pain 10/10 pain that my neurosurgeon states is not related to any of this MRI results yet I have numbness and tingling in my hands and heaviness in upper arms. Headaches I just want to slam my head against a wall. shoulder pain and diffuse mid and upper back pain. this is not normal by any means. I refuse to take any meds except ibuprophen until i get an answer so pain med seeking can't be used to stop looking for answers. So I suffer without diagnosis. I beg for help or suggestions. Is impingement not considered pain worthy? or does it have to have compression and what is the difference ? solve my delemia and I owe you my life. Depression sitting in and I am losing myself in pain.
